You can return the products via our Service Portal if:
- you want to exercise your contractual right of withdrawal
- the delivery was made by DHL, DHL International
- you ordered via the Teufel webshop or on Amazon
Was the delivery made by freight forwarder? Then please contact us.
Your advantages when you use the Service Portal:
- Immediate and binding registration of returns and compliance with deadlines
- No postage costs: print your free return label yourself or have it printed at the post office via QR code
- Send the package yourself via post office or DHL parcel shop (optional pickup service)
Note: Please do not send any goods to our postal address. The correct address is already indicated on the package label.
