You can return products via our Service Portal if:
- you want to exercise the contractual right of return
- the delivery was made via DHL, DHL International OR via freight forwarding within the EU
- you ordered through the Teufel webshop or via Amazon or via MediaMarkt.
If any of the mentioned conditions are not met or you cannot use the Service Portal for other reasons, please contact us.
Your benefits when you use the Service Portal:
- Immediate and binding registration of returns and compliance with deadlines
- No postage costs: print your free return label yourself or have it printed at the post office via QR code
- You can drop off the package at a post office, a DHL parcel shop, or a DHL Packstation, or optionally use DHL's pickup service
- Freight goods - schedule a pickup appointment

Important notes
- Please create a separate package label for each package. Send each package with its own tracking number.
- Please do not send any goods to our company headquarters with the postal address in Berlin. Our warehouse is located in Hamburg. The correct address for your return is already noted on the package label.
