important notes
- Please create a separate package label for each package. Send each package with its own tracking number.
- Please do not send any goods to our company headquarters with postal address in Berlin. Our warehouse is located in Hamburg. The correct address for your return is already noted on the package label.
- If you want to exercise your 8-week right of return and paid in advance, please provide us with your bank details (IBAN and BIC) along with your return request.

because it was damaged during transport?
Please send us photos of the damage and, if applicable, the packaging. Please use the contact form for this. We usually replace the product. We are also happy to find an individual solution together!
