How do I connect the Teufel ONE S to my network?
- Make sure that your smartphone or tablet is logged into the home Wi-Fi. Have your access data for your Wi-Fi/home network (SSID/name and password of your Wi-Fi) ready.
- If necessary, download the TEUFEL RAUMFELD APP from the Play Store/App Store.
- After starting the app, the setup wizard will guide you through the setup.

How do I establish a Bluetooth connection to the Teufel ONE S?
- Activate the Bluetooth function in the settings of your player (e.g. smartphone or tablet).
- Briefly press the pairing button (Bluetooth on the back of the device) on your Teufel speaker. Alternatively, you can tap the corresponding speaker in the Raumfeld app under Menu > Settings > Rooms and devices and then start pairing mode.
- Let your player search for new Bluetooth® devices.
- Then select the Teufel ONE S in the device list of your player and establish a connection.
If your player (e.g. smartphone) was previous connected to the Teufel ONE S:
- Activate the Bluetooth function in the settings of your player (e.g. smartphone).
- Select your Teufel ONE S from the list of saved devices and establish a connection.
How can I pair two Teufel ONE S to a stereo pair?
You can only connect two Teufel ONE S to a stereo pair via the app and Wi-Fi. Stereo pairing process then goes like this -> Teufel ONE S: Set up stereo mode
Operation as a stereo pair is not possible via Bluetooth.
Can I combine a Raumfeld ONE S and a Teufel ONE S into a stereo pair (via Wi-Fi)?
In principle, both work as a stereo pair - adjustable in the Teufel Streaming App. However, since the Teufel ONE S and the Raumfeld ONE S differ in terms of sound, we do not recommend this combination. The combination of two Teufel ONE S or Raumfeld ONE S therefore makes the most sense in terms of sound.

Can I use the One S in damp rooms or outdoors?
The device does not have IP certification and is not suitable for permanent operation in damp rooms (bathroom etc.) or outdoors (balcony, terrace, garden etc.). We advise against permanent installation/use in outdoor areas/humid rooms.
Can I mount the Teufel One S on the wall?
The mount for a wall bracket is located on the back behind the removable rubber cover
Where can I find information on firmware/updates?
New firmware for Teufel Raumfeld devices is displayed in the Teufel Raumfeld app (Menu → Settings → Devices → Updates).
Updates for the Teufel Raumfeld app (iOS and Android) are displayed via the respective app stores.

How do I reset the Teufel ONE S (Reset)
Note: Resetting the device also resets all system configurations. You must therefore set up the device again afterwards
Reset the device: With the device switched on, press the reset button (12)
with a bent paper clip and hold it down until the device restarts (for at least 8 seconds).
