Wi-Fi enabled speakers from Teufel such as ONE S, ONE M, CINEBAR LUX, STEREO M, or STEREO L can be controlled, for example, via smartphone using the Teufel Raumfeld App. Alternatively, content can also be streamed via Bluetooth.
Note: Point 1 of this article refers to streaming speakers from the 3rd generation onwards (all devices with the Teufel logo on the front).
Devices of the first and second generation can be upgraded using a Bluetooth adapter. The description for this can be found under point 2.
1. How to connect Teufel streaming devices like ONE S or ONE M via Bluetooth:
- Activate the Bluetooth function in the settings of your transmitting device (e.g., smartphone or tablet).
- Briefly press the pairing button (Bluetooth, device-specific - usually on the back of the device) on your Teufel speaker.
- After a successful connection is established, your Teufel speaker will appear in the device list of your playback device.
- Finally, select the Teufel ONE M, Teufel ONE S, or another Bluetooth speaker from Teufel.
2. Upgrading streaming speakers with Bluetooth: How to establish the connection via a Bluetooth adapter:
- Connect the audio output of the Bluetooth adapter to the line-in of a Wi-Fi speaker with Raumfeld technology (except Raumfeld One S).
- If necessary, power the Bluetooth adapter via the USB port of the Teufel device or a power outlet.
- Pair any smart device via Bluetooth with the Bluetooth adapter and keep the Bluetooth connection permanently activated.
- Play any music on the smart device and listen to it on your Teufel streaming device.
