For all purchases and the commissioning of other services via our website, by fax, email, or telephone, there is a statutory right of withdrawal (14 days).
For all goods except Teufel gift vouchers, we also grant a contractual right of return, which comes into effect the day after the statutory right of withdrawal expires and ends a total of eight weeks after the respective product you wish to return has been received by you. Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
The process is as follows:
- Order: You order the goods and pay for them.
- Withdrawal from purchase: If you are not satisfied, you can return the goods. More information can be found here: I want to return a product

Return shipment of the goods: Once you have initiated the withdrawal, you will receive all information about the shipment from us. Please note the following:
- Please create a separate shipping label for each package. Send each package with its own tracking number.
- Please do not send any goods to our company headquarters with a postal address in Berlin. Our warehouse is located in Hamburg. The correct address for your return is already noted on the shipping label.

Refund of the purchase price: As soon as the goods are back with us and fully processed, we will refund the purchase price. Please note the following:
- If you return the goods within the first two weeks after purchase, we will refund the full purchase price and the shipping costs of your order once the goods are back with us.
- Within the next six weeks of trial listening, we only cover the return shipping costs and refund the original purchase price without shipping costs when the goods arrive back with us.
