How do I know whether I have STEREO M 2 / STEREO L 2 or Teufel STEREO M / Teufel STEREO L?
The Teufel STEREO M / STEREO L only work with the Teufel Raumfeld app. You will also find a control panel on the front of the speaker.
Controls on the front
STEREO M 2 / STEREO L 2 are mainly controlled via the Teufel Home app. There is also a control panel on the top of the speaker.

Is it possible to set up/expand a multiroom system together with Teufel HOME streaming devices (e.g. with the STEREO M 2 / STEREO L 2)?
No, Teufel HOME streaming devices (e.g. with the STEREO M 2 / STEREO L 2) cannot be integrated into an existing multiroom system with Teufel streaming / Raumfeld devices for technical reasons.
Teufel STEREO M/L: With the passive speaker of my STEREO M/L, some drivers are not producing sound.
If one or more drivers are not active on the passive speaker or the speaker remains completely mute, first check that the connecting cable between the devices is secure and visually inspect the cable for damage.
If there is no damage, we can send you a replacement cable.
Am I limited to the 5m connection cable?
The special connection cable is only available in 5m length. You can extend it to 10 m with a maximum of one additional cable. Reason: Due to the different cross-sections of the individual copper wires in the cable, the cable may only be extended once, as the signal losses to be expected with a further extension could impair the sound image.

Teufel STEREO M/L: Can I use the speakers with a (stereo) amplifier?
The Teufel STEREO M/L multi-room systems are active speakers, i.e. they already have an integrated amplifier and work without any other devices. For this reason, Teufel STEREO M/L cannot be connected to an external amplifier.
Do the grilles of the Raumfeld STEREO M/L also fit the Teufel STEREO M/L?
The driver covers (grilles) are not suitable for the other model due to the different dimensions of the models.
