Possible cause: Host device not switched on.
Technical background: One of the devices of a Teufel streaming system with at least 2 devices takes over the function of the so-called host for the entire system. The host coordinates, among other things, the synchronous playback within the entire system and also communicates with the router, for example, to retrieve music from a streaming service on the Internet. The host device must therefore always remain active - at least in the background.
You can see in the Teufel Raumfeld App under Menu Path > Settings > Network Settings which device is defined as host and change this assignment if necessary. If you have not made a manual host change, it is usually the device that was set up first.
Solution: Switch on the host device (again) and/or assign the host function to another device.
Hints: For best performance or in case of connection problems, we recommend connecting the host device directly to the router via LAN cable. Therefore, select as host the device that is used the most and/or is as close as possible to the router.
