If you can't use your Teufel headphones with your conference tools like Teams, Zoom & Co, this is usually due to incorrectly set profiles.
For example, if you connect your SUPREME ON to your PC, you will be presented with 2 profiles to choose from:
- Stereo A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Protocol): This protocol is used to play music, video and movie sound in stereo.
- HFP (Hands Free Protocol): This protocol is used to play back the voice of callers and pass on the microphone signal.
Many conference systems automatically detect the difference between music and call and switch from stereo to hands-free accordingly when you make or answer a call. Some, however, depending on the respective user settings, need to be selected manually. You can do this in the settings of the respective conference system, but also in Windows.
