You paid for your Teufel order via advance payment using a real-time transfer. Yet, our customer service still cannot see the payment receipt.
At first, this seems contradictory. A real-time transfer does ensure that the money is transferred very quickly between banks. However, some time may pass before the payment is processed by us and can be assigned to your order.
What is an instant bank transfer?
A real-time transfer (Instant Payment) is a transfer that is processed around the clock. It also works at night, on weekends, and on holidays.
Under normal conditions, the money is transferred to the recipient’s account within a few seconds.
Why can’t we see your payment yet?
Several processing steps are necessary before a payment is displayed in our system:
- The transfer is sent by your bank.
- The payment is transmitted to the recipient bank.
- The payment is processed.
- The payment is assigned to your order.
Only after this can our customer service see the payment receipt.
Why can it take longer on weekends?
Even though real-time transfers are possible on weekends and holidays, not all downstream processes at banks and payment service providers are executed in real time. Therefore, some time may pass between your transfer and its display in our system.
What does this mean for your order?
If your payment is not yet visible, you usually do not need to take any action.
As soon as the payment has been received by us and assigned to your order, your order will be processed automatically.
