Payment Methods

What is Klarna?

Klarna is a service provided by payment service provider Klarna Bank AB (publ), which allows you to pay flexibly for your order in selected online shops.

On the teufelaudio.com webshop, you can pay with Klarna in the following countries: Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Norway, Slovakia, Sweden

Depending on your order and availability, Klarna allows you to pay immediately, settle the invoice within up to 30 days¹ or split your order into 3 interest-free instalments¹, which are automatically charged every 30 days. No interest or fees apply to the above options if you pay on time.

With Klarna instalment financing, you can spread the cost of your order over several payments across 6–36 months. Interest may apply. Klarna will show you the specific terms and conditions before you finalise the financing agreement.

Every eligible Klarna transaction offers you buyer protection². Your statutory rights with respect to Teufel, particularly regarding cancellation, warranty claims and complaints, remain unaffected.

You can pay with Klarna by selecting “Klarna” as your payment method during checkout. The Klarna payment options available for your order will then be displayed. Depending on the payment option you choose, Klarna may require additional information and carry out an identity and credit check. Klarna decides which payment options are available to you. Teufel has no influence over this decision.

The purchase contract for your order remains exclusively between you and Teufel. If you have any questions about your order, delivery, returns, complaints or your right to cancel, please continue to contact us.

For questions about your Klarna payment or any financing offered by Klarna, please contact Klarna.

Please note that not all Klarna payment options may be available for every order.

Amazon Pay is a third-party payment service provided by Amazon Payments Europe, S.C.A. ("Amazon Pay"), which allows you to use your Amazon account to pay for an order in our webshop quickly, securely, and without additional fees.

This service is subject to terms of use set forth by Amazon Payments, which can be found at: https://pay.amazon.com.

You can pay with Amazon Pay by clicking on the "Amazon Pay" button ("Use your Amazon account") in your shopping cart. You will then be taken directly to your Amazon account. Once you have authenticated your login, confirmed the payment order in your Amazon account, and selected a delivery address and payment method, you will be redirected back to our website to complete your purchase. It will then not be necessary to re-enter your personal data in the Teufel webshop – the address and payment data are securely transmitted to us via Amazon.

Please note that when you select an address in your Amazon account, it must have the same delivery country as the one selected on the shopping cart page in the Teufel webshop. If a billing address is stored in your Amazon account for the payment method selected, it will also be used as the billing address for your order with us.

As an alternative to Amazon Pay via the shopping cart, you can select Amazon Pay as a payment method in the order and enter your data and delivery address in our webshop checkout.

For technical reasons, Amazon Pay is not available for orders via telephone or e-mail. Shipping to parcel lockers is not possible when paying via Amazon.

Your account will be charged immediately even for products with longer delivery times.
