When purchasing in the Teufel webshop, you have the option to create a customer account. Alternatively, the account can also be created without a purchase.

Where do I find "My Account"?
You can find the "My Account" section in the Teufel webshop at the top right of the page:
After selecting it, you can register or log in with an existing account
How do I log out?
To log out, click on the icon at the top right of the page:
Then select "Log out"
Can I retroactively add orders to "My Account"?
No, this is currently not possible.
Only orders placed after registering for "My Account" will be added to the account. Please note that the customer must be logged in when placing an order; otherwise, it will not work.
I selected "Forgot Password," but no email arrives
If the email does not arrive, please check your spam folder.
If you cannot find an email there either, it is possible that no account exists for this email address. Please test whether a new account can be created with this email address. If so, no account existed for this email address.
