My order for immediate delivery to Switzerland has not yet arrived and cannot be tracked by UPS.
If you see the following in Teufel's delivery portal:
"Order is prepared for shipment and will be handed over to UPS shortly."
this means that the goods have already left our warehouse.
However, delivery to Switzerland can take 10-14 days.
Tracking is only possible after customs clearance and complete processing in Switzerland, because only then the handover to UPS will take place.
