What can I do about interruptions when streaming from my smartphone?
If the customer streams music from the smartphone to the Holist (not via BT) and notices interruptions, it may help to allow the app to be used in standby mode in the smartphone settings. Additionally, it is helpful to assign the Holist a fixed channel in the Wi-Fi router. On Android, you can find this under Settings->Apps>Holist App>Battery.
Can the HOLIST S / HOLIST M be grouped with other Alexa devices?

Can the volume of Alexa's voice be set separately?
The Alexa voice volume CANNOT be set separately. It always adjusts to the overall volume. Any change to this function or feature request can only be made by Amazon itself.
