- You can track your shipment here. You only need your order number (starting with 3) from your order confirmation and your post code.
- If you have only received part of your order, please be patient - the rest will come.
We will always work with our shipping service providers to ensure that your products reach you as quickly as possible.
Does your order include several parts/parcels, but unfortunately you received only one part of the delivery at first? The explanation for this is as follows:
It can happen that packages, although they were completely handed over to the goods issue, are not delivered together by the shipping service provider. This applies, for example, to home theatre systems, stereo speakers and systems, and soundbars. The other packages of the delivery will usually be delivered to you in the following days.
You can check the delivery status of each package via the link in our shipping confirmation email. If one of the packages is still in delivery status, please wait another 1-2 days before contacting us. Normally you will receive the missing packages automatically in this period.

If your order is marked as delivered in the tracking, but you have not received it:
- Please check the recipient or signature - maybe a neighbour
accepted the shipment?
- Your shipment has been delivered to a post office -
you have given parking permission (for example garage)
