Alexa Multiroom isn't working: What can I check?
If multiroom playback isn't working with your HOLIST speakers, check the following:
Check the network and Amazon account
If you're having trouble setting up or changing a speaker group, Amazon recommends checking whether the devices are on the same network and account.
Check the devices in the speaker group
Check whether all the desired devices have been added to the speaker group.
Create the speaker group again
If Multiroom still isn't working, delete the speaker group and then create a new one.
Tip: Amazon also recommends using a group name that Alexa can easily understand. Use a name with at least two syllables and avoid special characters, such as "Living Room".
