If you have changed your router, Wi-Fi name, or Wi-Fi password, your Raumfeld devices may no longer be able to connect to the network. Here’s how to fix the issue.
Problem
If you have changed your router, Wi-Fi name, or Wi-Fi password, the Teufel Raumfeld app may no longer be able to connect to your speakers.
Typical signs:
- The Raumfeld app shows “No connection.”
- Your speaker cannot be found.
- The app tries to connect using an old device name or network.
- Your Raumfeld devices do not appear in the app.
Because the Wi-Fi details are stored directly on the speakers, they still use the settings from your previous network after a router change or Wi-Fi update. If the network name or password changes, the system must be set up again with the new network details.
Solution: Set Up Your Raumfeld System Again
- Open the Teufel Raumfeld app.
- Wait until the message “No connection” appears.
- Select “I need more help”.
- Scroll to the “New Setup” section.
- Select “Set up system again”.
- Follow the instructions in the app to connect your speakers to the new Wi-Fi.
Speaker Still Not Found?
If your speaker is still not recognized after the reset, you can reset it.
- Turn on the speaker.
- Press the reset button on the back with a bent paperclip.
- Hold the button for at least 8 seconds until the device restarts.
- Then set up the speaker again via the Raumfeld app.
Note: Resetting will erase the saved network settings.

Alternative Solution
If you are using a new router, you can also transfer the previous Wi-Fi name (SSID) and Wi-Fi password to the new router. In many cases, the Raumfeld devices will then automatically connect to the new router.
