The “Tune in” website and/or app is a comprehensive web radio platform. “Tune in” lists web radio stations by country, genre, or topic. The radio streams are provided by the respective station and can then be accessed directly through “Tune in.” The platform, based in San Franciso, California, can also be used in a browser.

Many Teufel products are compatible with the “Tune in” app or have the service integrated directly, including all current Teufel streaming devices and the Radio 3sixty.
Troubleshooting
Radio does not play (sometimes with a 503 error displayed) or has playback interruptions on devices with “Tune In” integrated (Teufel Streaming, Radio 3sixty)
Note that the devices rely on the provider’s service (in this case, Tune In) to play a radio stream. If the provider is not transmitting a stream at the time you try to play it, for example for technical reasons, or is transmitting it with only limited bandwidth, then logically you cannot listen to this stream on Teufel devices at that moment either, or playback may be interrupted. As a rule, however, the radio service becomes available again shortly. Common reasons for short-term transmission outages on the provider’s side include maintenance work, server updates, or access spikes. A “503” error message also indicates a (usually short-term) disruption on the service provider’s side.

A specific Internet radio station cannot be found on “Tune In”
If a station does not appear in the radio directory despite its vast selection, it is either technically not playable on the devices (e.g., Flash Player radio streams) or has not yet been added. To have new stations added to the directory, please contact “Tune in” directly (https://help.tunein.com/)
Note about paid radio services
Some stations or program packages are available exclusively through the respective provider’s apps or platforms. As a result, such paid content may not be displayed in TuneIn or may not be playable there. In this case, please contact the provider directly for information about the supported devices and playback options.
Radio stations do not start in the Raumfeld APP / Teufel Home APP or via the station buttons.
