What connections does the ULTIMA 25 AKTIV have?
- HDMI TV ARC/eARC: HDMI port for TV devices
- USB-C port: with USB-C sound card function for PC/Mac; connect to a PC with a USB data cable (USB C).
- OPTICAL IN: optical digital input used to connect players, TV receivers, or TV devices.
- AUX IN: using a standard RCA cable, you can connect a turntable (requirement: you need a phono preamplifier, more info here), a CD player, or similar devices to the speakers
- Wireless module: enables wireless connection to rear speakers and subwoofer
- Bluetooth: allows wireless transmission of audio signals from your smartphone or tablet.

You can expand your ULTIMA 25 AKTIV with an additional pair of rear speakers (e.g., EFFEKT 2) and subwoofers T 8, T 10, or T 4000 Wireless. In the webshop, you can find sets already assembled by us. Which side should the active speaker of the ULTIMA 25 AKTIV be on?
You can place the active speaker either to the left or right of your listening position. The important thing is to correctly set the speaker position in the menu afterward.
Go to the menu
Menu path: Speakers ► Position ► Left / Right
There you specify whether the active speaker is on the left or right. The passive speaker automatically takes the opposite position. This ensures that the stereo channels are reproduced correctly.
How do I delete settings / perform a reset?
With the ULTIMA 25 AKTIV, you can either delete all settings (factory reset). After that, you will need to set everything up again. Alternatively, you can delete only the Bluetooth® list, remove/cancel the settings for the connection to paired speakers (rears/subwoofer), or delete the sound or radio settings.
- If you want to delete the Bluetooth® list, you have the following options:
- Press and hold the Bluetooth® button (Bluetooth® symbol) on the control panel or the Bluetooth® button (BT) on the remote control for 8 seconds.
or - Delete the Bluetooth® list via the menu: Menu path: System ► Reset ► Bluetooth.

- If you want to remove/cancel the connection to the paired speakers (rears/subwoofer), use this menu path: System ► Reset ► Rears/Subw.
The wireless connection/pairing of the selected speaker will then be deleted. - If you want to delete the sound settings, use this menu path: System ► Reset ► Sound
- If you want to delete the radio settings, use this menu path: System ► Reset ► Radio
- Reset to factory settings
NOTE: All user settings and data will be deleted and reset to factory defaults. You will need to set everything up again afterward.
