Are the AIRY OPEN TWS supported by the Teufel Go App?
No, there is no app support, as the currently available features of the Teufel Go App, such as ANC settings, cannot be used with this headphone model and are not needed due to the open-ear design.
How do I connect the AIRY OPEN TWS to my smartphone for the first time?
- Make certain the charging case (1) is sufficiently charged and if necessary connect the USB-C port on the rear to AC power with a charging cable and suitable adapter. The earphones (2) charge automatically when placed in the charging case.
- Open the charging case and leave both earphones inside.
- Press the middle button (4) on the open charging case for approximately 2 seconds until the charging case status LEDs and earphone LEDs (3) blink blue..
- Initiate the Bluetooth pairing mode on your smart phone and choose the device Teufel AIRY OPEN TWS in order to pair the devices..
How do I wear the AIRY OPEN TWS correctly?
For optimal sound experience, the headphones should be positioned so that the drivers are in front of the ear canal opening.
- Place the right earbud on your right ear and the left earbud on your left ear.
- Use the two joints on the earbuds to position them for an ideal fit for you.
- Place the earbuds on your ears at a slight angle and adjust them so that the speakers are pointing towards the ear canals, ensuring they sit comfortably and securely.
AIRY OPEN TWS won't connect (anymore) to my mobile device?
Go through the following steps:
- Turn Bluetooth off and back on again.
- Delete the entry "Teufel AIRY OPEN TWS" from the Bluetooth list on your mobile device.
- Move the mobile device closer to the headphones and away from interference or obstacles.
- Clear the device list on the headphones. After that, the earbuds will enter Bluetooth pairing mode.
- As a test, try connecting another mobile device if steps 1-4 do not work.
How do I clear the device list (Bluetooth list)?
Place both earbuds in the charging case. Hold down the button (4) in the charging case for 4 seconds. The charging case status LED (5) and the earbuds’ status LEDs (3) will blink in sequence red, blue, red. After that, the earbuds will enter Bluetooth pairing mode.

Solution: Check if the charging case has sufficient charge and, if necessary, connect it to AC power using a charging cable and compatible adapter.
