The REAL BLUE PRO cannot connect to my device
- Make sure that Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device and that no other device is currently paired. For testing, turn the Bluetooth function of the mobile device off and then on again.
- Delete the Teufel REAL BLUE PRO entry from the list of saved Bluetooth devices on the
mobile device and pair again. - Make sure that the mobile device and headphones are close to each other and that both are in pairing mode. The pairing mode of the headphones is activated when (while powered on) the ON/OFF button is pressed twice briefly.
- For testing, connect a different mobile device.
How do I clear the device list (Bluetooth list)?
To clear the device list, press and hold the power button (1) for 8 seconds while the headphones are turned off.
What is Mimi Sound Personalization?
With our partner Mimi Hearing Technologies from Berlin, you can create an audiogram the Teufel Go App using the REAL BLUE PRO. Mimi evaluates the audiogram and adjusts the sound of the headphones accordingly. This allows you to compensate for any hearing deficits.

Is there an app for the REAL BLUE PRO?
Yes, the REAL BLUE PRO is compatible with the Teufel Go App. The app is available for both Android and iOS.

Are there replacement ear pads?
You can find replacement ear pads here.
How to change the ear pads
- Please hold the headset firmly with one hand (1) during the replacement.
- Grasp the pad by the faux leather cover (2) directly and pull it out.
- As shown here, there are 8 plastic edges and 2 grooves (3). Please slide the pad under 2–4 plastic edges and align the protrusions (4) with the grooves. Then go around the pad and click the rest into place.
