The Teufel Go App is available for free for Android (from Android 10) and Apple devices (from iOS 17).

What features does the Teufel Go App offer?
Note: Not all app features are available for every product. The range depends on the connected product. The Teufel Go App offers the following features:
- Equalizer: Adjust the sound to your preferences or choose a preset.
- Volume: Adjust the volume via the app
- Battery: Check the battery level and charging capacity or activate the battery saver mode (ECO)
- ANC / Transparency / Conversation Mode (Headphones only): Activate active noise cancellation, transparency, or conversation mode
- Party Link (Portables only): Connect up to 100 speakers in a chain or activate stereo mode → Can I pair multiple portable Teufel Bluetooth devices together?
- Customize your product: System sounds, auto-standby & intelligent pause, multipoint, voice assistant, LED brightness, touch control assignment
Why can't I activate ShareMe (anymore) in the app?
For technical reasons, ShareMe can no longer be activated via the app. However, you can still use ShareMe. Activation is done via the control buttons on the headphones. The procedure is described in the user manual.
Note: The ShareMe feature only works with headphones of the same model (e.g., SUPREME ON with SUPREME ON).
Why can't I connect my device to the app?
The connection between your Teufel device and the Teufel Go App is made via Bluetooth. If your device is not recognized or cannot be connected, there can be several reasons. Here are some possible causes and solutions:
Your Teufel device is not compatible
Not all Teufel products are supported by the Teufel Go App.
→ Check here whether your model is compatible with the app.
Your Teufel device is not in pairing mode
Only devices in pairing mode can be found (usually blinking LED).
→ Activate pairing mode according to the user manual.
Bluetooth is not enabled
Bluetooth is required for the connection.
→ Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone and make sure your device is visible.
Your smartphone is already connected to another device
Existing connections can block a new pairing.
→ Disconnect other Bluetooth connections.
In some cases, the problem lies with the app itself or a faulty session.
→ Remove the device from the Bluetooth list and pair it again
→ Close the Teufel Go App completely and restart it.
→ Alternatively, you can reset or reinstall the app under "Settings" > "App" > "Reset app".
It can happen that the device is paired but not actively connected in the app.
→ Open the Teufel Go App and tap "Reconnect" on your device. Repeat this step if necessary.

How do I perform a firmware update in the Teufel Go App?
- Connect your Bluetooth device to the app. Follow the instructions in the app if necessary.
- Open device settings
- If an update is available, it will be shown under the "Device" tab under "Firmware version"
- Follow the instructions in the app.
Important notes
- The app must be up to date; otherwise, updates may not be displayed
- Keep the Bluetooth connection stable (do not remove or turn off the device)
- Keep the app open during the entire update to avoid interruption.
- Make sure the battery of both smartphone & device is sufficiently charged.
