THEATER Dipol T 500 D 16: How do I set the switch for which operating mode?

In the current Dipol models of the THEATER series, especially the T 500 D 16, the two positions of the toggle switch for Dipol and Direct Radiator Mode are not labeled separately.

You can choose the following operating modes (as also described in the user manual):

• Toggle switch towards the wall → The speaker operates in Dipol Mode.
• Toggle switch towards the room → The speaker operates in Direct Radiator Mode.

Note:

The correct mode depends on the placement and the desired sound image. In classic home theater setups, Dipol Mode is recommended for surround effects.
