Why is there the Teufel Home App?
The Teufel Home App was developed to configure devices of the Teufel Home series (MOTIV® XL, MOTIV®HOME, STEREO M 2, STEREO L 2) for use in the home WLAN, to make advanced sound adjustments, or to perform firmware updates.
Compatibility of the Teufel Raumfeld App with the new streaming series Teufel Home is not possible for technical reasons.
Do I need the Teufel Home App if I already use the Teufel Raumfeld App?
Streaming speakers of the new Teufel Home series can only be configured for WLAN use via the Teufel Home App. If you want to use a Teufel Home speaker, the Teufel Home App is therefore required for setup/management. The Teufel Raumfeld App remains available for all Teufel Raumfeld devices.
Compatibility of the Teufel Raumfeld Apps with the new streaming series Teufel Home is not possible for technical reasons.
Teufel Home App: Which devices can currently be operated with this app?
Currently, the MOTIV® XL, MOTIV®HOME, STEREO M 2, STEREO L 2 can be set up/managed with the Teufel Home App. More products are planned.

- Apple devices require operating system iOS: 15 or higher
- Android devices require Android X or higher
Can I control my multiroom system with the Teufel Home App?
Currently, there are no plans to implement multizd-no-translateTeufel Home APP.
Due to the new technology approach in our Wi-Fi streaming systems towards an open system with many external interfaces such as Apple AirPlay, Google Chromecast, you can use multiroom independently of the manufacturer and with ease. You can find more information here:

Can I set a timer in the Teufel HOME App?
The app itself does not offer a timer or alarm. However, you can set a sleep timer via the respective source (e.g., Audible or Spotify).
I have music on network storage at home. Can I stream this music to Teufel Home devices?
Playing content from (UPnP) network storage is possible via a variety of corresponding apps that can scan and play media content in the home WLAN. Examples of such apps are:
- MusicStreamer (external app)
- MyMusic (external app)
Teufel Home App: Can I import/edit my own playlists/set covers?
Favorites and playlists can be played directly from familiar apps like Spotify or TIDAL on Teufel Home speakers. This option makes importing favorites or playlists into the Teufel Home App unnecessary. For managing your own music libraries at home, you can use apps that can scan and play media content in the home WLAN. Examples of such apps are:

- MyMusic (external app)
Teufel Home App: How do I create favorites that can then be accessed on my device?
Radio: You can save your favorite stations for direct access on the three preset buttons of the Teufel Home speaker. If you have more favorites, simply use the TuneIn app itself. For managing your own music libraries at home, you can use apps that can scan and play media content in the home WLAN. Examples of such apps are:
