Device not found/no connection when trying to connect for the first time?
- Make sure that the smartphone and headphones are in pairing mode. This is indicated by a flashing blue LED on the headphones. If this does not flash, repeat the steps for activating pairing according to the enclosed instructions.
- When pairing, the smartphone and headphones must NOT already be connected to another device. If necessary, turn off other Bluetooth devices, disconnect them or move to another room.
- Some smartphones can only remember a limited number of Bluetooth devices. If the list of stored players is long, we recommend deleting all or part of this list. Since the menu path may differ from device to device, please contact the smartphone manufacturer for further assistance.
- Before you report a supposed defect to us, please try the headset with another smartphone (acquaintance/family). Often it is due to the smartphone.
Have the headphones already been successfully connected to the smartphone once and the reconnection does not work?
- When reconnecting, the smartphone and headphones must NOT already be connected to another device. If necessary, turn off other Bluetooth devices, disconnect them or move to another room.

- Repeat pairing after removing/deleting/ignoring the headset in the smartphone on known Bluetooth devices.
