If the wirelessly operated Cinebar Pro subwoofer no longer plays after updating the soundbar firmware to version 6.2, please first check in the Cinebar Pro system settings whether the subwoofer is still displayed as a connected device. If this is not the case, please perform pairing again, which is described on page 25 of the operating instructions.
Cause: Update may reset the custom settings in rare cases.
Solution: Reconnect the subwoofer and reconfigure it in the system settings.
Note: If the subwoofer is displayed as "connected" in the system settings and/or the new pairing attempt does not work either, please contact our support with reference to this article.
