I use this as a headset for calls with an iPhone. When I answer a call, I can't hear the person I'm talking to and the MOVE BT Micro doesn't work either. What could be the reason for this?
One possible cause is that the iPhone is set to "Automatic call audio output". This is also how the iPhone is preconfigured. When answering a call on the iPhone with this setting, the audio is output via the iPhone, not via MOVE BT. Likewise, in this case, only the Micro is active on the iPhone, not on the MOVE BT.
Solution:
a) Set call audio output to option "Bluetooth headset". (Menu path: iPhone/Settings/Operator Aids/Tap/Call Audio Output/).
b) Answering calls directly through the MOVE BT when automatic is active
