Should your subwoofer emit resonances that are too strong into the ground you have the following options:
You can use subwoofer resonance dampers (e.g. anti-vibration pads ).
You can use an anti-vibration mat, but here it is recommended between this and the subwoofer still a stone plate (between the mat and subwoofer) to lay.
