ROCKSTER NEO: The NEO no longer produces sound after firmware update

If your NEO no longer emits any sound after the update process (firmware), please proceed as follows:

1. Disconnect the power cord from the NEO.
2. Remove the battery.
3. Wait approx. 5 minutes.
4. Now plug the power cord back in without the battery installed.
5. Switch on the NEO. The NEO starts up and flashes to indicate that the firmware is being installed. 
   If this is not the case, trigger the update process again via the Teufel Go app.
6. The power cord must not be disconnected while the update process is running (takes up to 15 minutes),
7. Once the update has been successfully installed, you can reinsert the battery. Please disconnect the power cord beforehand and insert the battery. The NEO can then be used again as usual. 

If you are unsuccessful with the update process, please send us photos and/or video(s) of the status as well as a screenshot from the app showing the firmware version. Please also include the serial number (on the back of the NEO), thank you!
