How can I pair my smart phone or other playback device with the ROCKSTER NEO using Bluetooth?
Pair your device with the speaker for audio playback.
- First turn your ROCKSTER NEO on.
- Turn the Bluetooth® feature of your playback device on.
- Hold the Bluetooth button (8) on the ROCKSTER NEO for 1.5 seconds.
- You will then hear the audio signal and the LED on the button (8) will blink blue.
- Turn on the Bluetooth® device search feature on your playback device.
- The ROCKSTER NEO should come up on the list of discoverable devices.
- Select the ROCKSTER NEO on the list of devices. If your playback devices asks for a code, enter 0000 (zero four times).
- You will hear the audio signal and the LED in the button (8) will turn solid blue.
- Pairing is complete. Your Bluetooth® device is paired with the ROCKSTER NEO and you can use the speaker to play audio.
How do I delete the Bluetooth list?
Hold the 8 button for 8 seconds. You will then hear the audio signal and the Bluetooth® list will be deleted.
How do I set the ROCKSTER NEO back to factory default settings?
Please note: this will reset the speaker to factory default settings. All personal settings will be erased.
In order to reset, hold both the 7 (Power) and 13 (Party Link) buttons for 8 seconds:
Can I connect multiple ROCKSTER NEO speakers with one another?
Using Bluetooth®, you can connect up to 100 compatible speakers to form a speaker chain if you want to fill a larger space with sound.
The first speaker functions as broadcaster, which controls the audio played by the entire speaker chain, and its settings such as volume are applied to the other speakers.
Activating Party Link:
- Connect external audio source with Bluetooth® to the first speaker.
- Hold button (13) on the first speaker for 1.5 seconds. Button (13) will blink violet, the Party Link LEDs (6) will blink white.
- Pairing mode is active, the speaker will now serve as a broadcaster in Party Link Mode.
- In order to connect an additional ROCKSTER NEO (receiver), that speaker may not have active Bluetooth® connections.
- Hold button (13) on the unpaired speaker for 1.5 seconds.
Button (13) and the Party Link LEDs (6) on the receiver will glow white. - The speaker (Receiver) is now paired with the broadcaster. All paired speakers will play the same content.
Is there an app?
The Teufel Go App will likely be available for the ROCKSTER NEO starting in July 2025.

What does IP 44 mean?
IP is a protection standard for consumer products, 44 indicates that it is protected against dust and sand, as well as spraying water.
Can I use a stand for the ROCKSTER NEO?
The speaker has an opening in the bottom for mounting a PA stand with 35-mm threading

You can connect instruments to the ROCKSTER NEO using an XLR cable or 6.3-mm phono connector. For more details, see pages 20-22 of the user manual.
Why does my ROCKSTER NEO turn off after a certain amount of time?
In fifteen minutes with no incoming signal, the speaker will turn off automatically. This can be adjusted in the Teufel Go App under the setting Auto-Off.
