The following information relates exclusively to the ROCKSTER AIR (1).

Important information about the control panel
Long and high exposure to heat (e.g. sun) on the upper ROCKSTER AIR control panel may cause deformation of the rotary controls, as they may become soft due to the heat exposure.
Therefore, please avoid long and direct sunlight on the control panel.
The plexiglass is scratched!
In most cases, it is simply the protective film that creates this impression – please just peel it off.
Tip: If you do not use the device very often, recharge the battery every two/three months. This helps to improve the battery life.
The battery does not charge and/or discharges very quickly.
A reset may help. For more info, read here.
Are replacement batteries available?
Replacement batteries for the Teufel ROCKSTER AIR are available in the webshop → Replacement battery
Is there a remote control?
Please note:
The ON button on the remote control only works when the device is on power. In battery mode, the device must be switched on manually.
Can the device be paired with a ROCKSTER?
A connection between the two "related" devices is actually technically possible. However, we do not recommend it due to the different technical performance data in terms of a good sound image.
The devices have an XLR connector. To establish the connection, an XLR cable (not included) is required.
We offer this cable here.
Device not usable although switched on. The LEDs light up
Error: The ROCKSTER AIR is switched on, the LED ring around the volume control lights up bright/dark in sections, but all controls seem to be out of function - as if frozen.
Cause: Playback mode of the ROCKSTER AIR is set to "Link in".
Solution: Please check if the slide switch (11) of the Rockster Air is set to "Link in" by mistake and set the switch to "Line In" (feed player via cable) or "MIC" (microphone) instead.
Note: You will find the slide switch (11) on the top left of the back of the device. The Link In function is only to be selected if you have paired two ROCKSTER AIR via XLR cable.
