AIRY TWS 2: FAQ

The AIRY TWS 2 headphones won't start/turn on, even though I followed the instructions in the Quickstart Guide. What can I do?

Possible cause: Batteries empty

Solution: Check if the charging case is charged and, if not, connect it to a power cable plugged into a wall outlet to charge. Then place the earbuds in the charging case to begin charging.

Possible cause II: Earbuds in standby mode

Solution: Change the earbuds out of standby mode by tapping the multifunction area (the T logo).

The AIRY TWS 2 won't connect to a mobile device (whether or not they previously did connect), even though I followed all the instructions in the Quickstart Guide.

Try the following steps using your smart phone:

1. Turn the Bluetooth on and off again.
2. Remove the Teufel AIRY TWS 2 from the device's Bluetooth list.
3. Move the earbuds closer to the device to reduce possible obstacles or interference.
4. Try connecting another mobile device.

On the earbud: erase the pairing list of the earbuds by placing the earbuds in the charging case and tapping 5 times on the L and R areas of the multifunction area.
