You can identify the version by the side connection port:
ROCKSTER GO 2 (left in the picture): No cover, an openly visible input (USB-C port)
ROCKSTER GO: Rubberized cover, underneath two inputs (jack input and micro-USB)

How can I clear the Bluetooth list?
Press and hold the Bluetooth button for about 10 seconds until two short signal tones are heard.
Can I control the ROCKSTER GO / GO 2 via an app?
The ROCKSTER GO is currently not supported by the Teufel Go App.
The ROCKSTER GO 2 is supported by the Teufel Go App.
Can I pair ROCKSTER GO / GO 2 with additional devices?
Note: ROCKSTER GO and ROCKSTER GO 2 are not compatible with each other.
ROCKSTER GO: via Bluetooth, two compatible ROCKSTER GO speakers can be paired and then play synchronously. Each device then plays stereo on its own.
ROCKSTER GO 2: can be paired via Bluetooth. The following options are available:

How do I connect two ROCKSTER GO / GO 2?
Note: ROCKSTER GO and ROCKSTER GO 2 are not compatible with each other. Pairing only works between two ROCKSTER GO or two or more ROCKSTER GO 2.
Connecting/pairing two ROCKSTER GO speakers
- Connect a source device (e.g., smartphone) via Bluetooth.
- Press and hold the Bluetooth (10) and + (6) buttons simultaneously for about 3 seconds. Pairing starts and the ring around the Bluetooth button pulses blue.
- Turn on the second device and start pairing there (press and hold the Bluetooth (10) and + (6) buttons simultaneously for about 3 seconds).
- After a short time, the two devices connect. On the ROCKSTER GO, the ring around the Bluetooth button (10) now lights up solid blue. Both devices now play the same music.
- To turn off this mode, press and hold the Bluetooth (0) and - (6) buttons simultaneously for about 3 seconds. The connection is ended.
Alternatively, you can turn off both ROCKSTER GO speakers, as they disable the connection between each other when turned off. After turning on, you need to reactivate the Party-Link stereo function if desired.
Activate Party-Link stereo function on the ROCKSTER GO 2
- Connect a source device (e.g., smartphone) via Bluetooth to a ROCKSTER GO 2. This will become the broadcaster.
- Press and hold the Play/Pause and Bluetooth buttons simultaneously on the broadcaster for about 4 seconds.
- Turn on the second ROCKSTER GO 2 and press and hold the Play/Pause and Bluetooth buttons simultaneously for about 4 seconds. This ROCKSTER GO 2 now becomes the receiver.
- The two devices are connected.
The Bluetooth button on the first speaker lights up solid blue. This speaker is assigned to channel L.
The Bluetooth button on the second speaker blinks once blue. This speaker is assigned to channel R.
Deactivate Party-Link stereo function
Press and hold the Bluetooth button and the "Volume down" (-) button on the first speaker (channel L) for 1.5 seconds.
Alternatively, you can turn off both ROCKSTER GO 2 speakers, as the ROCKSTER GO 2 disables the Party-Link stereo function when turned off. After turning on, you need to reactivate the Party-Link stereo function if desired.
Can I use the ROCKSTER GO / GO 2 on a PC?
The ROCKSTER GO / GO 2 has a built-in USB sound card for audio output. No driver software is needed for playback from a PC. Operating systems recognize the speaker as a “USB Advanced Audio Device” when connected via USB.
Connect the device to a USB port on your PC using the supplied charging cable or another USB cable (ROCKSTER GO: 2.0 adapter cable Type A to Micro-B and ROCKSTER GO 2: USB-C).
Is the ROCKSTER GO / GO 2 waterproof?
ROCKSTER GO / GO 2 are waterproof according to IPX7 – providing water protection even with short-term submersion. The ROCKSTER GO 2 is additionally certified against dust ingress (IP67).
Why does the ROCKSTER GO beep twice at intervals?
When the battery charge is low, the ROCKSTER GO emits multiple double short warning tones and the lowest LED of the battery indicator blinks. Depending on the volume, about 10 to 15 minutes of operation are still possible. Please charge your ROCKSTER GO. If the battery is charged, this may indicate a fault; please contact us.
