Information on your delivery and the products you have ordered can be found in the Service Portal.
You can also use it to find the user manuals for the items you have ordered, and find shipment tracking options or - if you aren't liking something - arrange to return it.

Instructions
First, make sure you're looking at the English version, which may require you to scroll to the very bottom of the page and click on English in the bottom left corner as shown below.
Then, simply enter your order number in the first field (starts with three, can be found in the order confirmation email, may be labeled "contract number") and zip code (post code) in the second field, then click the Get Support button as shown below.
This will bring you directly to your order.
Here you see the tracking page:
Here, you have the option to track your order (2), find help with delivery issues (3), or get technical assistance (5). The manual for your product can also be called up at button number 6.
If you are unsatisfied with your product despite the technical assistance, and wish to return it, simply click on button 4.
Request investigation
Point 2 will take you to Teufel tracking. There, you can request an investigation if your delivery status has not changed for more than 7 days or you have not received your product (and the status indicates that it was delivered).

Link orders
If you have placed multiple orders to us, you can link all your orders together so they are displayed in one place. Simply register on the start page of the portal with your email address.
You will then receive a 1-time login link via email, and you can add multiple orders to your account.
Next time you log in via email, all the linked orders will be displayed.
