If you can't connect via Bluetooth or can't hear anything despite being connected, please go through the following checklist:
Is the MUTE BT switched on?
Please switch on the device.
Is the MUTE BT already paired with the external player (e.g. your cell phone)?

Is Bluetooth activated on the external player (e.g. cell phone)?
Switch on Bluetooth if necessary.
Is the current volume level sufficient?
Please note that both the external player and MUTE BT have volume control. Increase the volume on the external player and/or the headphones until the desired volume is reached.
