After you have requested a return through our online returns portal or from our customer service department, you will receive all the information on how to get the merchandise back to us.
After the goods have been received by us, you will receive a mail notification. Then the received goods will be checked.
You will also receive the confirmation of your credit note by mail after this check is completed. This process can take up to 10 business days.
We will refund your money the way you originally paid (i.e. via PayPal). If we need your bank details for a transfer in individual cases (bank transfer), we will contact you separately.
Credit card payment: Credit will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase.
PayPal payment: Credit will be given to your PayPal account used for the purchase
Prepayment/bank transfer: Please provide us with your IBAN and BIC when you register the return with us.
Amazon Pay payment: Credit will be issued to your Amazon account
Instalment or invoice purchase: Credit will be issued to your bank account specified in the instalment purchase, if you purchase on account and payment has already been made, please contact Payolution/Unzer.
