Fixed:
- Possible crash of devices with firmware 2.11.3 which are connected via LAN cable
- Connection problems (especially after power disconnection) for 1st/2nd generation devices with firmware 2.11.3
- Other minor bug fixes
Error handling:
Situation 1
Approx. 1 minute after a restart (power disconnection) only the right LED lights up or the LEDs are dark
In these cases the firmware must be loaded manually - via USB stick. For the procedure, please refer to the article Recovery (repair) firmware for Teufel Streaming (Raumfeld) devices
Situation 2
Approx. 1 minute after a restart (power disconnection) the left LED lights up and the right LED flashes regularly
This error occurs if the devices do not connect to the WLAN after the update.
In this case the device(s) must be set up again. If the host is affected (you no longer have access to the system via the app), unfortunately the only way to solve the problem is to uninstall the app and then reinstall it.
If individual devices can no longer be accessed, please delete the rooms (via "Settings" - "Devices" - "Rooms and Devices" - "Delete room") and reinstall via rooms ("Settings" - "Devices" - "Rooms and Devices" - "Add room")
Situation 3
Approx. 1 minute after a restart (power disconnection), only the left LED lights up permanently
The only thing that helps here is to reinstall the firmware. In these cases, the firmware must be installed manually using a USB stick. For the procedure please refer to the article Reinstallation of the firmware for Teufel Streaming Speakers
The device/system must then be set up again, all settings are reset.
